AccuformNMC™ "DANGER LOCKED OUT DO NOT OPERATE" Lockout Tag measuring 5 7/8" X 3 1/8" is printed on 10 mil polyolefin based PF-cardstock with no wood or paper content. Tag is ideal for indoor or short-term outdoor use and is designed to identify clearly and alert staff about cautions. The matte surface is scuff-resistant and effortless to write on with pen or marker. Top has a 3/8" plain hole and endures extreme environments. It will not crack, distort or shrink. Tag used to recognize crucial lockout/tagout points to allow maintenance to be performed safely.
