- AccuformNMC™ "DANGER EQUIPMENT LOCK-OUT MY LIFE IS ON THE LINE! -¦" Red/Black/White Bilingual Lockout Tag measuring 5 3/4" X 3 1/4" is printed made from 15 mil self-laminating RP-plastic for more durability that offers more resistance for dirt and grease environments. Safety tag is perfect for communicating lockout/tagout procedures and safety. Safety tag includes a 3/8" reinforced metal grommet at the top having pre-attached self-adhesive, clear polyester flap for easy using and is sold as 25 per pack.
