- IMPACTO® UPGUARD Ergonomic Neck Support System. Limits over extension of the neck to prevent repetitive strain injuries of the neck. Lightweight, molded design, polyurethane foam with straps to attach to waist with metal clips. For people that must look up for extended periods to prevent repetitive necks train. Helps preserve the anatomical integrity of the neck while in sustained or repetitive extension motions. Doctor designed and approved, the UPGUARD rests on the upper back and approaches the neck when the head is extended, or tilted backwards. The support serves as a reminder to restrict motion and limit extension rather than to completely block motion.
