The Tillman® 991 Series 14" high heat handling gloves are constructed of 22oz. Flextra®, a blend of Kevlar®, Nomex® and fiberglass for outstanding heat resistance. The palm and fingers are split cowhide reinforced for dexterity with durability. The gauntlet cuff is constructed of 24 oz. acrylic coated fiberglass, for additional protection. Designed for a maximum working temperature of 1000°F (537°C), for short durations. Double wool lined palm for maximum insulation. Extra large, so they can be easily thrown off when heat becomes too great. Clute cut, with no seams on the palm, for increased strength. Glove is stitched with Kevlar® thread for durability and for added heat protection. Size: X-Large.
