The 3M Versaflo M-409SG is an integrated respiratory helmet assembly designed for high-heat welding and grinding environments. This headgear system includes a leather shroud, a flame-resistant helmet cover, and a Speedglas welding shield. It is engineered to provide head, eye, face, and respiratory protection when used in conjunction with a NIOSH-approved air source. The assembly is designed to be 10% lighter than the previous L-905SG model and features a larger viewing area.
