Norton® 5SG60-JVS SG 4/3" X 1 1/2" Type 11 Flaring Cup Ceramic Alumina Tool and Cutter Grinding Vitrified Wheel with 1 1/4" hole features 60 grit and is medium graded. Blue wheel with a speed of 5730 RPM is best suited for general purpose deburring and blending. It is tough, economical and fracture resistant. It is commonly used on ferrous alloys, high tensile materials and wood. Wheel offers sharp edge on tools and dies through its self-sharpening abrasive and features two times higher stock removal rate than conventional abrasives. It has superior cutting and provides a sharp, high-purity grain as well as durability. Wheel has versatile VS,VSP bonds for exceptional form holding and offers maximum productivity in heat-sensitive, heavy stock removal operations.
