Norton® 38A 6" Dia X 1/2" Type 01 Straight Aluminum Oxide Vitrified Surface Grinding Wheel with 1 1/4" arbor features 46 grit and medium K coarse grade hardness. White wheel features speed of 4140 RPM and is commonly used on ferrous alloys, high-tensile materials and wood. It is friable, tough, economical and fracture-resistant making it best-suited for general purpose deburring and blending. Wheel provides consistent quality and superior balance as well as dimensional accuracy every time. It provides cool and burn-free cutting making it ideal for heat-sensitive applications with light to moderate feed rates.
