Pair the SG 3SGR CA >4" Type 01 toolroom wheel with your grinder or CNC machine to work titanium, super alloys, irons, and 400-series stainless, tool, and soft- and hard-carbon steels. Crafted with a super-high-performance, self-sharpening blend of ceramic alumina and friable aluminum oxide abrasives, this wheel cuts, grinds and sharpens tools, dies and other surfaces at up to three to five times the rate and with double the life of aluminum oxide wheels, with minimal burn and dressing. A controlled-porosity bond allows increased chip clearance, reduced loading and maximum coolant flow for super-cool wet or dry cutting.
