Norton® 38A 12" Dia X 1 1/2" Type 01 Aluminum Oxide Straight Surface Grinding Vitrified Wheel with 5" arbor features 46 grit and coarse grade. White color wheel has 2070 RPM that can be commonly used on ferrous alloys, high-tensile materials and wood. It has a medium wheel hardness rating and generally suited for deburring and blending. Wheel has precision grit size and hardness for engineered applications. It produces a maximum cut rate and is ideal for ferrous metals. It is friable abrasive grain with VP2 bond. Wheel provides cool and burn-free cutting and is ideal for wide variety of tool steels.
