Norton® 38A 14" Dia X 1 1/2" Type 1 Straight Aluminum Oxide Vitrified Wheel with 5" arbor features 46 grit, coarse grade and wheel hardness J. White wheel with maximum speed of 1800 RPM features friable abrasive grain that offer cool and burn-free cutting. It features consistent quality for excellent balance and dimensional accuracy. It features cool cutting in light pressure grinding or heat-sensitive application and is a versatile wheel that can be used to grind broad variety of tool steels. It is ideal for heat-sensitive application with light to moderate feed rates. Wheel is economical and fracture-resistant that is ideal for deburring and blending ferrous alloys, high-tensile materials, wood.
