- Norton® Air-Cooled 7" Hard Grade Rubber Back-Up Pad is used for aggressive cutting action. Back-Up Pad with smooth face runs at the maximum speed of 8600 RPM and is ideal to use with fiber discs.

- Curved ribs on the rubber face force heat away from the disc and Backing pad
