- Weiler® 0.006" Steel Wire Square Brush measuring 1" comes with 1/4" steel stem for safe operation and quick mounting into the chuck of a drill or drill press. 3 5/8" Square brush is designed to simultaneously clean the side/bottom of blind bores or circular recesses and rotates at 4500 RPM speed to clean surfaces. Brush with crimped wire construction for a very flexible brushing action has the ability to separate surface contaminants from base material. Brush wire will not load when brushing soft materials or when used to remove paint and similar coatings. It is ideal for removing light rust or carbon build-up from ID's, deburring internal edges or crosshole intersections, for general cleaning in the plating, metal finishing, aircraft or missile industries and also used with inert arc aluminum welding.
