The Milwaukee 22-20-0345 is a genuine OEM Brush Spring Assembly designed for a wide range of Milwaukee corded drills and drill/drivers, including Magnum Hole-Shooter and Screw-Shooter tools. This assembly includes the wire lead, brush spring, and installation brackets that position and tension the carbon brush against the motor armature, but does not include the carbon brush itself. It continuously presses the carbon brush against the armature as the brush wears down, maintaining consistent electrical contact throughout the brush's service life, preventing commutator arcing, and maintaining tool performance.
