The Metabo KNSE 9-150, 6" Fillet Weld Finisher is German engineered and manufactured for durability, safety, and productivity in industrial processing of fillet welds in tight spaces with specialty materials such as stainless steels as part of Metabo's INOX (Stainles Steel) specialty metal finishing product line. The powerful LongLife 8.5 Amp, 900-3,800 RPM motor features a slim body for improved ergonomics with less fatigue and a variable speed dial to match the speed of the tool to the application. An electronic clutch boosts safety with an electronic safety shutdown to help to prevent kick back if a disc or wheel should jam. Additional electronic features include speed stabilization for highest productivity, overload protection, power interruption protection and soft start. The extended neck is designed for reaching tight spaces and fillet welds and features a planetary gear train with double gear reduction for higher torque, and a low-maintenance belt drive for long service life. The tool features a lock-on slide switch for comfort during extended use, rubberized MVT anti-vibration side handle which reduces vibrations up to 60%, a tool-free adjustable guard for convenience and safety, and auto-stop carbon brushes to protect the motor.
