- Stanley® Proto® #28 7/8" Reverse Ratcheting Combination Spline Wrench measuring 1 17/16" X 1 13/16" X 1/4" is made of vanadium steel with black chrome finish to resist corrosion. Wrench has anti slip design and a locking groove to avoid slippage off the fastener when turning. Wrench is ideal to use on stubborn or damaged fasteners and contains a arched surface to spread the force over a larger contact area to help prolong life. It provides a better grip on worn, rounded fasteners and has angled offset box end that helps in keeping shank clear of obstructions.
