Item Details

  • 3M Scotch-Weld Epoxy Adhesive 2214 is a one-part, 100% solids, heat-curing structural epoxy adhesive filled with aluminum. It features a pliable, non-sag paste consistency suitable for vertical and overhead applications, and is designed to provide high-strength bonds with high temperature resistance.

Features

  • One-Part System: Eliminates measuring and mixing, eliminates pot life issues, and reduces waste
  • 100% Solids: Contains no volatile organic compounds (VOCs)
  • Non-Sag Paste: Pliable consistency ensures gap filling and high-strength bonding on vertical or irregular surfaces without sagging
  • Aluminum Filled: Provides consistent bond lines, high shear strength, and improved heat dissipation/thermal conductivity
  • Toughened Formula: Offers resistance to vibration, impact, and environmental weathering
  • High Temperature Resistance: Retains structural integrity up to 250°F (Regular) or 350°F (Hi-Temp New Formula)
  • Wide Substrate Capability: Bonds to metals, ceramics, glass, and high-temperature plastics (such as phenolics)
