- 3M™ FireDam™ 150+ 10.1 oz Blue Acrylic Latex Sealant comes in a cartridge and renders good performance with tensile strength of 85 PSI. It operates at the temperature rate of 180 deg F. Sealant is an economic alternative for metal pipe applications in an endothermic, non-intumescent and water-based form.
