Item Details

3M™ Scotch® 130C Series Black 30 mil Insulating Tape measuring 3/4" X 30' uses a rubber adhesive and can be used to a maximum temperature of +194 °F. Tape with rubber backing provides a tensile strength of 250 lb/in and is used across a variety of applications. It has elongation capability and variances in thickness often make an important difference in proper performance.

Features

RUBBER-BASED ADHESIVE and the self-fusing, ethylene propylene, rubber backing provides UV resistance.
EXCELLENT PHYSICAL AND ELECTRICAL PROPERTIES promote moisture seal and void-free buildups.
DESIGNED FOR USE IN SPLICING and terminating wires and cables. Rated up to 90 degrees C (194 degrees F) continuous operating temperatures and short-term 130 degrees C (266 degrees F) overload service.
PROVIDES EXCELLENT THERMAL DISSIPATION of splice heat.
LINERLESS, SELF-BONDING, PRIMARY insulating tape rated through 69 kV (volts). This product can be used for low and high-voltage (through 69 kV) applications.
Meet ASTM D4388, D4325, and C518. RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant.
