- CRC® SCREWLOOSE® 16 oz Penetrating Oil is a light amber liquid, no-compromise penetrant that attacks corrosion to free corroded fasteners and mechanical components. Oil is super-fast, powerful, concentrated to loosen rust scale and corrosion. Lubricant with carbon dioxide propellant has petroleum solvent odor. Oil can be removed by mineral spirits or degreasers. It is used for nuts and bolts, pins, screws, bushings, clips, hinges, snaps, lugs, caps, locks, washers and sliding mechanisms. It is CA compliant.
