Esab® Spoolarc® 95 ER100S-1/EM2 Low Alloy Steel MIG Welding Wire with 1/16" Dia comes on a 400 lb OMP mil and is designed to weld HY-80 steels. Military grade high strength wire finds applications in heavy fabrication, military, shipbuilding and mining. It is used for single as well as multipass welding where high strength and impact toughness are needed. It is also suitable for GTAW and GMAW welding process. It meets certifications by CWB to CSA W48, MIL-E-23765/2; MIL-E-100S-1, AWS/ASME SFA5.28: ER100S-1 and AWS/ASME SFA5.23:EM2. It features tensile strength of 105,000 ksi at 725 MPa and yield strength of 95000 ksi at 655 MPa.
