ESAB® EF2 Spoolarc® 44 1/8" Dia Submerged Arc Welding Wire is designed for single or multipass welding where high strength and impact toughness is required. Wire can be used with OK flux 80 as well as OK flux 10.62 and the presence of Ni in the wire chemistry helps to increase low temperature impact toughness. Wire for submerged arc welding process can maintain weld metal tensile strengths of 80 ksi even after long term of stress relieving. It is used in pressure vessels, structural supports and heat treatable valves.
