ESAB® Sureweld® 6010 Carbon Steel Stick Electrode comes in 44 lb carton and is a quick solidifying cellulosic type electrode that provides splendid arc control and deep penetration. 3/32" Dia X 14" Electrode is specially designed to use in low alloy weld along with high resistance steels that has 1/4" thickness of the sections or lesser and meets the specifications of AWS A5.1: E6010 and ASME SFA 5.1. Electrode is employed in boilers as well as high pressure pipes and is used to produce x-ray quality. It renders easy slag removal and is perfect for ingle and multiple pass welds. Electrode accommodates well on all mild steels of vertical as well as overhead projects and is applied in welding of bridges, high pressure pipes, holding tanks, bridge construction, freight cars and truck chassis.
