Hobart® 447A Mild Steel Electrode in a 50 lb carton features fast freeze characteristics to provide stable arc along with good bead appearance. It is perfect for welding in poor fit-up conditions by and is ideal for single or multiple pass, all position AC, DCEN, DCEP. 5/32" Dia electrode provides efficiency and accuracy welds in flat, horizontal, vertical as well as overhead positions. It finds applications in industries like general-purpose fabrication, machine parts, shaft build-up, metal buildings and structures. Electrode comes with a slag design that makes removal, cleaning easier and has a tensile strength of 72600 psi and yield strength of 613000 psi.
