RADNOR™ Arc Plus E7024 is a high-speed, iron powder, heavy-coated electrode designed for maximum deposition rates in horizontal and flat welding. It offers excellent operator appeal, producing balanced 45° fillets that help prevent overwelding. With superior bead appearance and self-cleaning slag, RADNOR™ Arc Plus E7024 provides strong weldability and dependable mechanical properties. It is especially effective for achieving deep penetration with minimal root porosity in horizontal or positioned fillets. Ideal for high-speed horizontal fillet and lap welds on mild and selected alloy steels, including applications in earthmoving and construction equipment, truck bodies, ships, barges, and railcars.
