    Airgas Part #:RAD64001165

    Manufacturer Part #:74112

Item Details

  • Harris® E 308L-16 stainless steel electrode measuring 5/32" x 14" has a maximum carbon content of 0.04% to offer more resistance to intergranular corrosion. It is associated with E 308L-16 AWS classification and meets the requirements of AWS A5.4 standards. Electrode comes in a 10 lb. tube.

Features

  • Stainless steel 308L-16 electrode welds base metals of similar composition
  • The carbon content (0.04% maximum) increases resistance to intergranular corrosion by reducing carbide precipitation
  • Titania type coating for either alternating current (AC) or direct current (DC) reverse polarity
  • 84,000 psi tensile strength (as welded)
  • 64,000 psi yield strength (as welded)
  • 46% elongation (as welded)
  • Conforms to ANSI/AWS A5.4 and ASME SFA 5.4 E308L-16

Specifications

  • ANSI/AWS A5.4
  • ASME SFA 5.4 E
