Item Details

  • Harris® R4043 1/16" Dia x 36" Aluminum TIG Welding Rod comes in a 10 lb box ANSI/AWS A5.10, Class R/ER 4043 as well as ASME SFA 5.10 standards. Ideal for welding the 6XXX series of alloys and features less crack-sensitivity than other welding alloys. The addition of silicon produces an appealing bead profile and improves puddle fluidity. Common applications include welding automotive parts, truck trailers and repairing bicycles.
