- Harris® ERCu 1/16" Dia X 36" 3-DOC Deoxidized Copper TIG Welding Rod comes in a 10 lb tube and is ideal for GTAW welding. Rod is used to weld copper base metals and meets ANSI/AWS A 5.7 as well as ASME SFA-5.7 standards. Rod features tensile strength of 29000 psi and yield strength of 8000 psi. Fumes and gases can be hazardous to your health. Arc rays can injure eyes and burn skin. Electric shock can lead to death. Use enough ventilation as well as exhaust to keep away fumes and gases from your breathing zone. Wear correct eye, ear and body protection. Do not touch live electrical parts.
