- SPECIAL METALS INCONEL® 625 3/32" Dia X 36" Filler Metal TIG Rod is ideally designed for surfacing of steels while welding various corrosion resistant alloys like alloy 20 and for welding of steels containing 9% Nickel. It can be used for joining as well as overlaying with incoflux NT100 submerged arc. It can be used to join dissimilar joints such as carbon steels, low alloy steels, stainless steels, INCONEL® and INCOLOY® alloys. It is perfect for gas tungsten arc and gas metal arc of welding of high alloy austenitic, super austenitic stainless steel, INCONEL® alloys of 625 and INCOLOY® alloys of 825 as well as 25-MO. It renders high resistance against localized attacks like pitting as well as crevice corrosion and gives higher strength on broad temperature range. It has good mechanical properties like tensile strength of 105000 psi for good operation.
