SPECIAL METALS INCO-WELD® 686CPT AWS A5.14 ERNiCrMo-14 3/32" Dia X 36" Filler Metal is ideally designed for welding of duplex, super duplex, super-austenitic stainless steels, nickel alloys such as UNS N06059 and N06022, INCONEL® alloy C-276, INCONEL® alloys 22, 625 and 686 using gas-tungsten arc and gas metal arc. Filler metal is ideal for service environments requiring general corrosion-resistance in HCL or sulphuric acid, for resistance to crevice corrosion in hot, concentrated acid chloride solutions like sulphur dioxide, saturated NaCl solutions and oxidizing chloride solutions. Filler metal uses INCOFLUX NT120 submerged arc flux for submerged arc welding and offers resistance to intergranular attack after sensitization in highly oxidizing environments. It is also used for depositing overlays of outstanding corrosion resistance onto a range of steels.
