- ESAB® Dual Shield 7100 LC Gas Shielded Flux Core Carbon Steel Tubular Welding Wire of 0.052" Dia offers outstanding operator appeal with an easily controlled arc, improved operation at lower current levels, minimal spatter and easily removed slag. It efficiently operates in a wider parameter range and produces less welding fumes than other E71T flux cored wires. Wire can be used with CO2 or 75% Ar/25% CO2 shielding, however pure CO2 is recommended in applications where restraint is high. This low fume wire having excellent characteristics on low current is an all-position wire and a uniquely balanced formulation to offer greater deposition and improved welding productivity. Wire is associated with E71T-1CD H8, E71T-1MD H8, E71T-9CD H8, E71T-9MD H8of wires and comes in a spool of 33 lb.
