Item Details

SelectWear 60HC is designed to deposit an alloy composed of a high density of primary chromium carbides in an iron matrix. Most economical of hardfacing alloys in high wear applications. Deposit has high abrasion resistance with moderate resistance to impact. Can be utilized in hot wear applications up to 1,100°F. Checks cracks readily.

Applications

Grinding/pulverizing rolls and table segments, wear plates, clad pipe, dredge pump shells and related components, hammers.
