D/F Machine Specialties manufactures American-made welding consumables and maintenance tools, including the 12111 hardened steel collet/tip wrench and the 15119 threaded chromium zirconium copper contact tip. The 12111 wrench is designed for applying approximately 30 lbs of torque to water-cooled MIG and TIG torch collets. The 15119 contact tip is a heavy-duty component with a 7/16" diameter, designed for 5/64" hard wire and rated for applications up to 850A.
