The D/F Machine Specialties 15105 is a 7/16" threaded contact tip constructed from CuCrZr (Chromium Zirconium Copper) alloy. It is engineered for heavy-duty, high-amperage automated MIG welding using 1/8" (3.2mm) hard or cored wire. The tip features a 1/8" set back to provide thermal resistance and is designed for continuous, high-duty cycle robotic applications.
