The D/F Machine Specialties 15117 is a 7/16" threaded MIG contact tip manufactured from CuCrZr (chromium zirconium copper) alloy. It is designed for .045" (1.1mm) hard or cored wires and features a 1/8" set back. The tip is engineered for high-amperage automated and robotic welding applications up to 850 A, utilizing a thick-walled design for heat dissipation and a longer length for wire straightening.
