The ITW / Miller / Tregaskiss 415-35-10Q is a Quick Load® Liner designed for MIG (GMAW) welding, specifically engineered to replace standard rear-load liners in industrial and robotic environments. It utilizes a front-load design that allows for liner replacement from the neck of the gun without removing the wire or disconnecting the gun from the feeder.
Features
Front-Load Design: Liner feeds from the neck of the gun while the gun remains attached to the wire feeder
Two-Piece System: Requires initial installation of a liner retainer (part 415-26 or 415-37)
Time Efficiency: Requires less than half the time to replace compared to traditional rear-load systems
Safety Zone Replacement: Enables liner changes from a safe zone in robotic cells without entering the work cell
No Measuring/Trimming Waste: Eliminates the need to manually measure or cut the liner during every change
Tool-less Replacement: Once the retainer is installed, subsequent changes are performed from the front of the gun
