The ITW/Tregaskiss AccuLock R D-ATSH-AW2 is a 600-amp, water-cooled robotic gas diffuser featuring a slip-on design. It is engineered for high-duty cycle industrial welding applications and utilizes a dual-tapered mating system to optimize electrical conductivity and heat dissipation. The system is designed to bury 60% of the contact tip within the gas diffuser to protect it from the heat of the weld arc and uses shielding gas to cool the contact tip tail.
