The Bug-O Systems MDS-4200 is a modular, all-position automated linear welding and cutting kit. The system is built around the MPD-1000 Master Drive Unit and the WPD-1100 Linear Weaver, operating on 120 VAC power. It utilizes a 12-inch carriage and aluminum rigid rails with magnetic attachments to provide automated motion for various welding and cutting processes. The modular design allows for interchangeable control modules to switch between straight-line, stitch, and weave applications.
