The ESAB 35666UL is a heavy-duty, water-cooled mechanized plasma cutting electrode designed for the PT-15XL Plasmarc torch. It features UltraLife technology with a Hafnium insert and OFHC copper construction, optimized for automated oxygen (O2) cutting of mild steel at 260–300 amps. The flat-face design centers the arc through the nozzle bore to minimize bevel and maintain arc stability.
