The Hypertherm 220412 is a SilverPlus® electrode designed for high-amperage mechanized plasma cutting operations. It utilizes a solid silver tip and a hafnium insert to manage thermal loads during oxygen-gas plasma processes. The component is manufactured using a solid-state friction-welding process to join the silver tip to the electrode body, specifically for use with HT4400 systems.
