The ESAB Thermal Dynamics 35-1044 is a 300-amp high-duty-cycle gas distributor and swirl ring designed for mechanized plasma cutting systems. It manages the flow and rotation of plasma gases including air, oxygen, and nitrogen around the electrode to stabilize the pilot arc and constrict the main cutting arc for high-energy density metal penetration.
