The Lincoln Electric K52019-1 is a heavy-duty, dual-axis (X and Y) electro-mechanical tactile sensor assembly designed for real-time seam tracking in automated welding systems. It functions as the tactile interface for the Lincoln Seam Tracker™ System, physically tracking the weld joint to provide feedback signals to APC or standard control units. The sensor translates the physical position of the joint into electrical signals to control automated slides, maintaining arc alignment despite joint deviation or thermal movement.
