Anti-spatter contains arc stabilizing base material which allows it to withstand 1600 deg F temperature. Non-toxic anti-spatter gel with non-flammable feature finds wide range of applications in nuclear work. It offers guaranteed performance in minimizing scale build-up in a heat treating operation.

Protex Original can be diluted 1:1 with water before being brushed or sprayed on the surface
To remove Protex Original, just brush the surface clean or use a mild detergent and water to remove the residue from the surface
The chloride, fluoride and silicone contents in Protex Original have tested below a level that makes it possible for use in nuclear work
If Protex Original freezes, the natural thickening ingredient used in the material will become useless causing the compound to become thinner
However, this will not effect the compound's ability to reduce spatter
One gallon of Protex Original diluted with a gallon of water will cover about 1000 square feet
