Tweco® Contact Tip for eliminator accommodates 0.04" wire and is perfect for protecting the quality of your welds as well as the life of your gun. Contact tip with excellent electrical properties is ideal for use in standard duty welding application up to 200 A. It features part number and wire diameter for easy identification. 1" Contact tip has 0.046" nominal ID and 1/4" OD. Contact tip is made from 122 DHP copper alloys and machined from a copper alloy tubing to offer a consistent as well as smooth surface of inside diameter with +/-0.003" tolerance. It offers better conductivity while minimizing micro arcing on the inside diameter surface. This patented contact tip with increased tip life provides cam style connection into the mating gas diffuser. It gives substantial performance advantage over conventional contact tips. Contact tip is sold as 25 per pack.
