The ITW/Miller/Bernard L8A-15 and 202894 are heavy-duty welding liners designed for large diameter wire feeding. These liners are constructed from high-carbon steel or music wire to provide a durable path for welding wires in industrial environments. The L8A-15 is a universal conventional liner, while the 202894 is a flat-wound monocoil liner specifically for Roughneck series guns, both engineered to minimize friction and prevent birdnesting during high-amperage MIG and FCAW processes.
Features
Anti-gap design to optimize wire feeding and minimize downtime
Flat internal surface on monocoil models to reduce friction against thick wire diameters
Reduced strain on drive rolls for more consistent arc stability
Kink-resistant construction for use in tight corners or over fixtures
Universal compatibility across multiple gun series to reduce inventory requirements
Color-coded system for rapid visual identification of wire size compatibility
Trimmable length allows for custom fitting to specific gun cable lengths
