The Bernard QJL-116 is a 14-inch high-carbon steel jump liner engineered for wire diameters ranging from 0.045" to 0.062". It is designed for use with Bernard Q-Gun, S-Gun, and BTB MIG guns in industrial welding applications between 350A and 600A. This component allows for the replacement of the most frequently worn or clogged section of the liner within the gun neck, facilitating maintenance without requiring a full gun liner replacement.
