Reece's CYL02 is a adjustable gas cylinder lockout device that prevents access to the main cylinder valve. The device accommodates neck rings up to 3 1/2" in diameter, so there is no need to match your lockout device to the differing variables of a gas cylinder, such as very diameters and varying threads of cylinder caps.
