- AccuformNMC™ "DANGER FOLLOW CONFINED SPACE ENTRY PROCEDURES BEFORE ENTERING" Confined Space Safety Label measuring 3 1/2" X 5" is made of 0.004" thick adhesive vinyl for durability and has printed matte surface with scored backing for quick peel-off application. Label is moisture-resistant and is ideal for indoor or sheltered environments. Square corners label with permanent acrylic adhesive is suitable for curved areas such as pipes, poles and secondary containers. It briefly communicates that only authorized individuals are permitted access to the indicated area. Label is sold as 5 per pack.
