AccuformNMC™ "DANGER DO NOT ENTER" Accident Prevention Safety Tag with disciplinary action warning on back measuring 5 3/4" X 3 1/4" is printed on 10 mil polyolefin based PF-cardstock with no wood or paper content. Tag is ideal for indoor or short-term outdoor use and is designed to identify clearly and alert staff about cautions. The matte surface is scuff-resistant and effortless to write on with pen or marker. Top has a 3/8" plain hole and endures extreme environments. It will not crack, distort or shrink. Tag can be used to alert staff to cautions by providing safety and it works in all enormous environments.
