AccuformNMC™ "DANGER LOCK OUT BEFORE MAINTENANCE OR REPAIR" Safety Tag measuring 5 3/4" X 3 1/4" is printed on 15-mil thick rigid plastic for durability. Tag is ideal for indoor as well as outdoor applications and helps to identify clearly and alert staff about cautions. It features an abrasion-resistant writable surface and does not break down over a wide range of temperatures. Tag endures stretching and piping and the top has a 3/8" hole that is reinforced with metal grommet to avoid pull off. Double-sided tag features blank lines for including pertinent information reminding employees to lock ut equipment to prevent injuries during maintenance and repair. Sold as 5 per pack
