AccuformNMC™ "DANGER DO NOT OPERATE" Lockout Tag measuring 5 7/8" X 3 1/8" is made of HS-Laminate material for added durability. HS-Laminate is a composite of all poly materials pressure sealed on both sides with no edge seams. Waterproof tag is ideal for light-duty indoor or sheltered outdoor environments. Tag can be used to recognize crucial lockout/tagout points to allow maintenance to be performed safely. Thick laminate tag stands up to abuse and rough handling. Tear proof and chemical resistant tag can be used in extreme weather conditions. Tag with an easy to write on, scratch resistant matte surface, is perfect for use in dirty and greasy environments. Tag has a 3/8" hole at the top reinforced with metal grommet to avoid pull off.
